Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are shipped once payment has been confirmed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you.

Returns & Shipping

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
